A versatile Four Colour T-shirt printer with micro-adjustments to ensure accurate registration of up to four colour spot-colour or four colour halftone printing.
A cap attachment or vacuum bed can be fitted to a station (optional extra).
The four rotating stations increase productivity and aids with the drying process between colours if used in conjunction with a heat gun or flash dryer.

It is very difficult, if not impossible, to re-register fabric for a second colour. The T-shirt must remain glued down on the laste (board) until all the colours have been printed. A “carousel” system of rotating screens is necessary for prints containing two or more colours in close registration.

Drying the ink between colours may be necessary especially for opaque inks. Use a heat gun or swing away flash dryer. See Flash Dryers
